Does anyone know what you get with just the basic service? voice mail? caller id? It's not stated clearly anywhere

Forward on Network Failure was moved to the basic service this week, and is not shown on the web page yet. This allows you to set a forwarding number for your calls to go to if your internet connection goes down or you experience a power outage and your Ooma device loses registration with Ooma's servers. This was previously a Premier only feature.

That change has not been implemented yet.
