Where in the world can I get a replacement power supply?? Searched the web, Ooma's site and even this forum. Sent an email to customer service and posted a message on Ooma's Facebook but no response.
Thanks,

What you need is a :
Class 2 Power Supply/ Transformer.
With 12V (DC) OUTPUT and 1000mA - for the Hub.

and:
+5V Output and 300mA for the Scout.

I am pretty sure you can find those in most electronic stores ... Radio shack (usually expensive).
I always see a lot of those transformers at 2nd hand stores : Goodwill/Salvation Army... and usually they are priced $1 or less.

I wish! There are no radio shack or goodwill stores within a several thousand miles. Does Ooma not sell replacement wires, cords?

I don't know whether Ooma sells replacement power supplies, but I have purchased power supplies/adapters for similar devices (routers) from eBay. Amazon also sells "universal" power adapters - such as this one or this one. The first one will work for the hub.

the $8 adapter may not supply enough power because it is only 600mA, whereas the original which comes with the hub is rated 1000mA (1 Amp.).

The first one ($13) is rated at 1300 mA, and would work for the hub. The second ($8) would work for the scout.
