Message in voice mail, no record of inbound call in call log

Lately I have been getting messages left in my voice mail box from some collection agency. When I go to the lounge to attempt to blacklist the number, there is no record of me receiving the call. No missed call entry exists. In fact it shows that I don't have any missed calls for the last several days. I assume the number is already blacklisted which is why it isn't showing up in the call log. Why is it getting through to my voicemail?!?!?!?!

Do you have blacklisting set to go to voice mail?

Sounds like you have Anonymous Call Block sent to voicemail.

I don't remember if all anonymous (unknown or private) numbers show up in the call log. But I do remember getting voicemail and not seeing those numbers in the call log. I have ACB sent to voicemail.
