I think that it is a perfect time to bring back the Refer a Friend promo as soon as the support staff is up and running. So far calling customer support is my only complaint. The hub is great and the quality is great.

I am on the East Coast and only three Best Buys in the region carry ooma. One way to make a big push on the East Coast is to bring back the Refer a Friend Promo.

maybe now but ooma just announced that it will be selling them in all best buy stores shortly

I live in California, and just received my OOMA today, set it up, so far so good. I will be telling everyone I know, if the service holds up, I'll be testing for a month or two.
