I just received my Ooma Core today and connected it less than an hour ago. Welcome to Ooma, me! ;)

Assuming everything goes well, I plan to call and order the Lifetime Premier service.

I'm a user, not a moderator, but at times we do have an occasional ooma moderator stop in to help. You'll find Ooma to be a first rate company run by some great dedicated people.

Welcome aboard Fareal. I believe you would have to contact one of the moderators or C/s to get the lifetime service which costs about $350. At $119 a year you should break even in about 2.5 years. Also it provides warranty beyond the 1 year standard warranty.
