There was a post in the forums about someone not wanting call waiting. I agree, I plan on purchasing Premier but do not want that option either. Seems like simple adjustment to the My Ooma page to let each user turn on or off any of the services.

It probably is a simple change to put options on the web page. However the back end server software also has to support the options and that is probably more difficult.
