I am not having a good first experience! I can’t get my number ported because I can’t enter my credit card info. Before that I tried to read the terms and conditions and I kept getting hit with a server error. Please tell me this is just a bad day and not business as usual.

there were some posts about this issue recently...the "phone number" request in the credit card info area is the card's 800 number - not your number
