Strange how the Ooma products keep appearing and disappearing and re-appearing on the Costco.com site.
What's with that?

Well Costco is nuts lately with all kinds of promos. I must get emails 3 or 4 times a day where it used to be seldom.
Maybe they hired the same programers that did "My Ooma"

It is common practice to have product SKUs and usually MSRP information set up in retailers inventory systems weeks and sometimes many months ahead of time. This may explain why it was posted higher as they created the record for the products prior to determining the actual offer to customers. Additionally, many retail websites simply do not show products when they are out of stock. This may explain why it appears and disappears on Costco's website.
When I was working for Best Buy we would "troll" the inventory system by manufacturer so we could find products about to be carried in the stores regardless of how secret the information was.
