Transfer lifetime premier

Any chance of ever being able to transfer lifetime premier service from a hub to a new telo?

I'm sure you can but I wouldn't do this through customer service right now, at least until they get up to speed. I would PM Bobby B to see if he can help.

Originally the hub/scout systems sold for around $400 and everyone had the same level of service. Ooma changed policy and reduced the cost of the device to what you see today & came out with the separate "Premier" level of service. Those that bought in at the original price were grandfathered in at Premier level for life.

Hi Andrew,

Yes, any Premier subscriptions (lifetime, annual, monthly) and account settings will get transferred over to your Telo. If you hear otherwise -- please send me a note.
