Telephone support a Premier feature?

The feature list for Premier suggest that phone support is a Premier feature, is this true? http://www.ooma.com/premier/features
"Talk to a tech support agent to get your questions answered, 5AM-8PM PST, 7 days a week, for as long as you’re a Premier member."

One other Premiere feature listed under Privacy is:

Caller Name
See the name of callers, even if they're not in your address book.


Does that mean a new customer buying a Telo (If they don't end up buying Premiere after the free trial) will not have Caller Name displayed? ...only the number? Hmmm...

I saw that too and wondered. But, at this link https://www.ooma.com/products/ooma-telo/features, it mentions caller id twice -
"Enjoy the convenience of caller-ID and call-waiting— at no extra charge."

"Caller ID
See who’s calling before you answer it."

Maybe going forward, it will be caller id number only.
