My old provider, Viatalk, offers speed dialing and I use it all the time, particularly with 11-digit long distance numbers. With Ooma, I'm now faced with giving them up, or spending another $300 to get a new cordless phone system with speed dial built into the phones. This doesn't seem like it would be terribly difficult to do. You could even add it to the premium service to enhance its sales.
