dial *xx after getting a call to add it to the blacklist

Post by jm9496 » Fri Sep 11, 2009 7:24 am

Feature request:
after a call comes in, dial *xx (where xx is some new unused star code number) to add it to the blacklist. ensure this works for both answered and unanswered calls. Play a prompt when *xx is entered that says, "caller xxxxxxx has been added to your blacklist. To cancel press 1, to accept, hang up now"

(maybe this feature already exists, but I did not notice it in the literature. Some other VOIP providers offer this feature.)

Nope, it doesn't exist now.

I think they are working on the capability to press the delete button on the hub/scout to add a caller's number to the blacklist. Also, the Telo handset should be able to do this.
