I would like to add a second line and have the ability to forward/un-forward it frequently, as well as change the number it is forwarded to. Has the feature been enabled to update via the web, or would it still require a call to support.

You can do that online through my.ooma.com, but you'd have to assign the 2nd number to a personal device.
