My multi-ring feature worked fine for almost 1 week. Then all of a sudden I did not receive any calls on my Ooma hub 1 day and looked at the device to find that line 1 was a solid red, but I could place calls, not receive calls on line 2. I rebooted the hub, and I think it was from that point on that the Multi-Ring feature no longer worked. That was about 2-3 days ago.
I sent an email over to Bobby B, but got no response.
Is this feature still working for everyone else?
Bobby B, are you there? I loved the feature when it did work.
I cleared my number, unchecked both boxes (disabling the feature), and saved the settings. logged out of the Ooma lounge, logged back in and re-enable the feature replacing the number...
Now it works again
