Adding a blocked number without having to use Ooma Lounge

Post by Kevin1844 » Sat Jul 25, 2009 5:27 pm

I looked and couldn't find anything on the forums but I think it would be really convenient to be able to block a number from my phone.
What I mean is that if I get a call from someone conducting a survey, I would like to be able to press a key on my phone, have the call disconnected and blocked at the same time. Or maybe just after hanging up I could pick up the phone and hit a key and have it block the last call received. I'm sure the smartypants at ooma can come up with a workable idea.
Sound cool?

They're working on the capability to press the trash button on the hub or scout to block a number from an incoming call according to Rich Buchanan.

Correct, but there is no timeline to have the feature released (although the sooner the better!)
