Well I have been using Ooma for about 5 weeks and so far it has performed well. I had a few issues at first but I adjusted some settings and so far so good. Only issue now is sometimes when my wife calls me at work she hears and echo and she had one dropped call the other day. Only other problem is when my Comcast service drops the DNS which seems to happen about once a week.

You can specify Open DNS servers in the ooma hub's Network page instead of using Comcast's, (what I do) assuming your hub is connected directly to your modem.
The addresses for Open DNS are:
208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220
