I have found that most of the time the number hook up to ooma hub work good but the number which hook to scout has problem. My friends told me most of the time they call 2nd number, there is message say "the person you call is not available at this moment".
I restart hub and scout by unplug power, wait 1min then turn them on. But can not resolve that prob ? who know how to fix that ? please advice. Thanks

Make sure the voicemail button (envelope) on the scout is not lit up. This would put the scout in privacy mode and all calls will go to voicemail. If the button is lit, hold it down for 5 seconds and it will go out, taking you out of privacy mode.
