It will be nice when (if) the Ooma goes offline, an auto-email or text SMS be sent to the customer on file.

I think this wouldnt be too hard toimplement to Ooma's network.

Currently we can subscribe to the message board for system updates, but what if a) Bobby does not update his post or b) no access to the web
