I know that forums are where people go to complain, but I wanted to put in a good word here. I've now had Ooma for a few months and the service has been exemplary for me. Call quality is fantastic, no calls dropped and there are lots of great features. Even Ooma Mobile works for me without problems (am I the only one?) Ooma is my fourth VoIP provider and, knock wood (looking for some wood...), it is the best experience I've had of all of them. (Hoping I don't jinx it by writing this.) My wife approves of Ooma, which is the best compliment!

The only gripe I have is the inadequate blacklist wildcarding implementation, but I have hopes that can be improved in the future.
