I am so impressed with your customer service, The best service, and, the people did not give up on my problem. I have not had a problem at all since 5 mins after I talked to your support team. Thanks for the kindness and the dedication to service.

Most of the time, forum posts are about problems so it is nice to see some "great work" type of posts once in a while. You should take note and provide feedback next time Ooma sends you a feedback request.
