In my case it took 3 weeks. Some people used Ooma # at that time, now old one in and those used Ooma # should be informed to use old #,when dial Ooma one.Is it possible to have that announsement?

While you have premier, you'd have both numbers in your account. Once you become basic, you'd lose the 2ndary number in your account. https://my.ooma.com/phone_numbers The primary number shows up first on this phone numbers page. You can click on the phone numbers and give different ring patterns so you can tell what number a caller is calling. Accordingly, you can tell them to cut over to calling you on ported in number if appropriate. Calling both numbers would end up in the same voicemail so you can say a blurb in your greeting to cover everyone that reaches your voicemail. However, if you have a Telo handset or Linx, you can create a private account, create a separate VM greeting, set it on DND and do what you want that way (you'd pretty much lose the use of your Linx or HD2 for as long as you want to keep your 2ndary account in VM only mode though).
