In changing my dsl service (userid and password), I found that Ooma would not propogate the new userid/password and would not properly get internet nor receive/place calls. In calling Ooma she gave me the Ooma ip address, 172.27.35.1, upon which I went to the Internet option screen/tab. In Connection Type I selected PPPoE and then entered the username and password in the appropriate fields manually and it worked. Just for your information.
