After talking some family members into buying Ooma, now I find out that multi ring forwarding does not work if the caller is calling from an Ooma device. :?
Not acceptable!! Please... correct this problem, thank you

Thanks for the post. I kept on wondering why multi ring did not work. After reading the post, I tried a non-ooma phone and it worked fine. Thanks
