When I purchased my Ooma Tele, I also bought the USB - Wireless Adapter unit. I had a complaint about call quality. So, I removed the USB wireless adapter and place the Ooma between my Cable modem and my router (Apple Airport extreme). That solved the call quality.

So, I'd like to return the USB wireless unit.

How can I initiate a return?
