Have any of you guys checked out
http://www.republicwireless.com/

I was able to get into the first beta wave back in December and I have had a great experience so far. The service is Sprint but works off of Wifi if you are connected. For $20.00 per month I am not complaining.

From what I understand, once the beta is over, you will have a threshold of ~200 CUI and if you go over that number they will "let you know" how you can lower your usage.

Here is the link to the usage details breakdown.

Looks interesting, but for $20 per month and a $200 start up fee, I will stick with my pay as you go cell phone. I only use 5-30 minutes per month. So I end up only spending about $6 per month for my pay as you go phone.
It would be nice if all smart phones had this build in.
