Voicemails on "dashboard" not in sync with Voicemail list

Voicemails on "dashboard" not in sync with Voicemail list

As the topic suggests: When I log into my ooma-- and look at the "dashboard" - there are voicemails listed. But, they are not current, and are at least one or two voicemails behind what is in my standard voicemails list.

How can I get these in sync?
Ooma Hub customer since January 2010
Telo2 upgrade (hub retired) October 2016

This has worked in the past:
Power off your Ooma Telo for one hour. Then repower your Ooma Telo.
