About a week ago (mid-Jan 2012) I noticed that my Ooma dialtone changed. I now hear four short pulses followed by a continuous tone. I can still call out fine. I can't find any notice that Ooma changed the dialtone. Has anybody else's dialtone changed?

You have Do Not Disturb activated on your Telo. Hold down the little envelope for a few seconds until the ooma lady announces that Do Not Disturb is off. You might also want to check for voice mail since all calls have been directed there since DND was turned on. We've heard of DND being activated by a cat lounging on the unit and other bazaar things so even if you didn't do it directly, that is probably the cause of the stutter tone.

I never noticed that connection before. It's actually a nice reminder that I have DND turned on.
