Long story short... The only other Ooma owner I know is my sister. Whenever she calls me and leaves a message it sounds like Charlie Browns teacher. Slow and totally unintelligible. However, if I answer the call we can have a normal converstation.

I'm simply looking for a few Ooma owners who'll call my line and leave a very brief message to test. I need to know if this happens with all Ooma users or just my sister.

This is not a scam. My number can be found in the link below. You'll see that it's legit and in New York. It shows up as Verizon number but I haven't had Verizon in over 10 years. Thanks in advance.

have you reported your problem to Ooma Customer Support. Maybe they can see something from their end.
