Ooma Core Billing Information

Last month, I tried to register for my Ooma Core that I bought 2 year ago.
I didn't see the Billing Information. But I end up didn't register.
But now When I try to register, it has the billing information and make me agree to pay tax and fees?
I thought Ooma Core ("Grandfathered") device is excluded from Tax and Fees?
Does anyone know about this? Do I have to pay taxes and fees now? The box said no monthly fees...

I had another Telo which increased to $40 from $11.95. This one i understand because I agreed Taxes and Fees subject to change.

Did you buy it new? If you registered 2 months ago, it should be up and running and no need to re-register.
