International call issue (Bundle plus additional pre-paid)

I had been happy with my International Bundle since the day one. However it screwed up this month - I ran out my Bundle minutes and added additional pre-paid credit, for the most of my international calls, my called parties will hear only one ring and drop immediately, while I keep hearing the ringing tone with no answer...

First:
Power off the Ooma device for 20 minutes. This allows time for the Ooma servers to reload/reset/correct your Ooma profile. Then repower the Ooma device and test.

Next if that didn't help, try this:
If you have an Ooma Hub, try dialing with prefix *99 before the number.
If you have an Ooma Telo, try dialing with prefix *98 or *96 before the number.
Example: *98-1-xxx-xxx-xxxx.
