Question about moving ooma number to a new ooma device

Post by Bob859 » Fri Oct 28, 2011 8:54 pm

Suppose that I wanted to move my ooma service from my ooma Hub to a new Telo. Would that have any effect on my account? I currently pay no monthly or annual fees of any kind.

Call in to customer care and ask for 2nd level or above agent to help you on a migration/upgrade. If you want, you can also seek help (email) from ntoy or Bobby B.

Do not activate the new Telo.
Call Customer Service and tell them what you want to do.

Actually, I haven't decided to do that yet. I am just wondering if the terms of my current account would stay the same, if I ever did make that change. I don't want to ever change anything, if it means giving up the deal that I now enjoy.
