My Ooma handsets "go to sleep" after an unspecified time, presumably to conserve power. Problem is, when a call comes in, it takes the handsets too long to "wake up" and establish contact with the Ooma Hub before the incoming caller hangs up thinking no one is home. Please make it optional whether the handsets sleep or not. There really isn't any need for the handsets to go to sleep, as it is more important to receive incoming calls.
