Outgoing calls not connecting well - fixed

FYI, a friend of mine had issues making outgoing calls; the call would connect but neither the called party nor him could hear anything. Incoming calls were okay.

The standard daisy chain reboot/power cycle didn't seem to resolve his problem.

I asked him to power off his Ooma for at least 20 minutes and bring it back up. That fixed it.
