If we need or would like to forward calls now we must boot up a comptuer and tell the website to forward the first line or both lines to call forwarding. That is an arduous process if all we want to do is take calls at a different number or back to our phone line. There should be a simple process (at least for those that have gone to the extra expense of Telo handsets) to access the option in the menu and change phone settings by phone line.

I agree. My former VoIP provider did it with star codes: ie: *72 forward all calls and *73 cancel call forwarding. This could be done from any phone connected to the T/A box. Now I use the iPod app to change call forwarding for Ooma.
