i think it would be a great help to ooma if we could rate calls in our call log after we have completed the call. something like a 1-5 star rating and maybe a drop down box to explain the problem (drop call, lag, poor quality) so we wouldnt have to email or call each time we are having problems. that way they could run a report and see where poor calls are coming/going and investigate further.
