why won't ooma stop charging me

Early last fall I put on the services so my messages would be converted to text. I paid 9.99 a month for the service. I cancelled the service in the late fall. Even though I cancelled I have had to call every month because they keep charging my credit card. I called India or wherever and got the same response. "I'm showing it was cancelled sir. I don't know why you are being billed. I will reverse the charges." When I asked for a manager they told me none were available. I have tried to call Ooma corporate office and just get a busy signal. Sure wish someone at Ooma would care!
