The Ooma Mobile App in Android Marketplace has been locked to US only. I have an active Ooma account but cannot buy or download the Ooma Mobile App because my phone was not originally a US phone. As long as I have an Ooma account there should be no reason to restrict the availability of the Mobile App.

Yes, your Ooma account would not be restricted. With the Ooma Mobile app loaded & having the login credentials to your Ooma account, you should be able to use it.
