My ooma hub lasted not even 2.5 year. I bought it in Feb., 2009 and started use it in March after porting old phone number. The hub suddenly stopped communicates with any device through network cable, its blue logo just stays red as soon as power on. Ooma support said try a factory reset, if it does not work, then it will never work again. So after all, ooma phone service is not the cheapest in town.

If you had bought the Lifetime Premier service, when it was available, your hub would still be in warranty.

I see an option to renew the warranty on my ooma page... Never looked at the price but this makes me think I should look closer.
