I recently purchased the ooma. But I do not see when I have voice mail the button lights up. Also I do not see when internet is up the LED (as indicated in the manual) do not light. I however can make phone call.
Is my device's LEDs are not working?
What I am supposed to do? Well, I called, sent email and read few posts in forum but no much help.
Any suggestion will help me out
