Inbound toll-free numbers are instructed to press 5 before their call can be put through. This prevents calls made by auto-dialers used by telemarketers from ever ringing. If they don't press 5 within two seconds, the call is disconnected.
One of your competitors has this feature. I think it would be a great addition to the Ooma service.
