Ohhhhh, I found out I'm mistaken when I said my outgoing caller ID used to work. I thought it did, but it turns out that since some people have my number programmed in their cell phones, their contact list does a match and pops up my name. I talked to my neighbor and he tells me, it's always said ooma, inc on his landline ever since I first got ooma, so my outgoing caller ID has never been right.

I did provide it when I signed up for ooma, so as far as I know, I've done everything correctly. Does anybody know what I should do to get this fixed? I have a feeling this quesetion has been asked before, so I'll search these forums to see if I can find the answer.
