Like the previous poster, I am unable to call into listen to VM. VM is set up, I have a PIN, but when I dial in, when the message comes on, nothing happens when I press *. The message just continues to play. It doesn't matter whether I call in on a cell phone or a landline.
Any ideas?

Hello,

I see that you have Landline configuration. Do you have an answering service with your Landline provider?
Also, check to see if your firewall/security is enabled and any port blocking.
