I have my prefs setup in my.ooma.com to block my outgoing caller ID info. I have the directory in my multi-handset phone system to dial *82p5551234567 for all my friends and family. This string of dialing still produces an "Unknown" on the other parties caller ID. I've tested this to my own cell phone and sure enough "Unknown" comes up.

If, however, I manually dial *82 plus the number, the caller ID shows up as expected. It's as if my phone is dialing too fast for Ooma to recognize the * code? I've even tried putting a pause in front of the *82 to no effect.

I'm using a Vtech LS6215 DECT 6 phone system.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? I want to say everything was working fine before last weeks Telo firmware update as I never had complaints of coming up blocked until just the past few days. I can't say for sure though. :?
