Hi,

My ooma stopped taking calls - it won't even go to voicemail - the other person just gets sort of a dead line which after about a minute or two gives the fast busy signal. Neither number works. Outgoing calls are working fine. It is not in privacy mode and is not behaving as if it were either (won't go to voicemail). Any ideas?

I think this is a server side problem. The blue light is on and of course I have tried to usual resetting of everything.

Most likely, you are having a routing issue with our carrier. Please contact our support folks to escalate the issue with our carrier.
