Status Light and Message Light on Hub

The message waiting light does not blink on my Ooma Hub when there are messages waiting. Also, the status light on the back is not on - neither blue or red. I can listen to message by pushing the play button and all phones work OK.

I also have a Scout in the house and it works fine - message light blinks when messages are waiting and status light on the back is blue. The base unit for my phones is connected to the Scout.

I unplugged everything and plugged it back in but that didn't fix the problem. I appreciate any ideas.

Adjust brightness knob on the side.
