Is there a way to block 411 and International calls? I know I can get a Viking Tr-1, however it seems that I need a prepaid account for international and 411. So if I never prepay, will that in essence serve as my call blocking?

Hello,

Yes, if there is no prepaid balance in your account, and a 411 or int'l call was made, there would be a greeting message played to purchase prepaid minutes.
