UPS just delivered my Ooma Telo and I have activated it. So far, so good.
I want to get Ooma Premier and port my current number. This costs $119.

Q: Do I lose the advantages of the free 60-day trial when I buy the Premier service immediately?

Actually, I don't know if the 60-day trial includes all the Premier features (except for saving the $39 port fee). IOW, it seems that if I'm not in a hurry for porting completion, I could get 14 months of Premier service for the same cost.

Correct?

First off, welcome to ooma and to the forum! We're glad you are here.

Now to answer your question - from my experience, ooma is a very fair company. When you order your annual subscription, it starts when your free trial ends. The features are the same with either one. And you can order your port right away.

Followup on immediate Premier purchase.

My service level now is:
Premier, Annual Subscription.
Active, renews on Oct 15, 2011

So indeed, the 60-day period was added to the annual payment.
