Hub dead

Hi,
I'm having a problem with my hub, the blue light is on but the phone is dead. The scout works. I've turn it off and tried a different phone. Any ideas?

What do you mean by phone is dead?? Do you not get a dialtone? What is your setup? Is your Hub behind or in front of the router?
