International Calling Help

Hi,
I just bought ooma Bulk bundle from My Ooma. But, when i call to international number, it says there are no funds. Do I need to wait for the order to be processed or something or some sort of time period to be able to use it?

If you purchased the Ooma Bulk bundle, that simply means that you have access to lower international rates. However, you are still paying the LOWER fees with the PREPAID account money. In other words, you still have to pay for international calls; you just pay a lower rate.

Basically, you have to have a balance loaded into prepaid account in order to call even if the countries you call are within the 70 that you can call for free.
