I just setup my ooma telo. I can do outgiong calls but when I try to call my new phone number, i'm getting that message. Is this a temporary thing until ooma finalize my registration/setup? If so, how long does it usually takes them to complete my setup? Thank you in advance for the help.

I got in touch with customer service and they determined that the initial phone no. I selected is an invalid no. They replace it with a new phone no. and everything now is working...I laud the customer service for a quick resolution of my problem!
